企鵝本99年齣版，譯者在03年齣版瞭那部一韆頁的牛津注釋本。版本講解極清楚，譯文編輯閤理，比標準版更早的寫本（應叫刻本）按時代分組，譯文附在後麵，以資對比，非常嚴謹。想不齣更科學的辦法瞭。讀完吉爾伽美什，覺得需要調暗一些荷馬的光輝度。看到豆瓣多人關注詩中的基情，也就這點齣息瞭。
