評分The heart of this book is the reframing of your life in terms of your sensitivity which is a survival strategy of pausing to check. HSPs do take in a lot—all the subtleties others miss. HSPs react more to both positive and negative experiences.HSPs have a rich, complex inner life. It’s a package deal, and a damn good one!
