自尊源於自愛,自愛源於自知。1. Accept who I am: it's a mixture of preferable traits and unpreferable ones, just like everyone else. 2. Take good care of myself unconditionally: physical and psychological. 3. Be a whole person. Explore the unfamiliar and expand the self. The world is my oyster, or at least, it doesn't bite. Have fun along the way! :)

I couldn't help but label myself as a highly sensitive person. It is good to know your own type so that you can cope with it in a rather sophisticated way. Yet, it is not necessary to believe everything the book says, it's not all true.

跟我的情況非常對路的一本書——哦原來不是害羞,不是內嚮,不是社交無能,不是過度糾結,而是highly sensitive啊。前半本書尤其好,對於認識自己很有幫助,在認識自己的基礎上提高瞭自信心,也有很多有用的方法。後半本(7-10章)覺得比較無聊,拖瞭很久纔看完。強烈推薦給和我有類似情況的小夥伴。
