欧文·戈夫曼（Erving Goffman，1922-1982），美国当代著名社会学家，曾任教于加州大学伯克利分校和宾夕法尼亚大学。戈夫曼是符号互动论的代表人物，以对人际互动的分析而闻名。其他著作有《日常生活中的自我呈现》、《精神病院》和《框架分析》等。

Goffman关注日常生活和人与人之间的交流与我的兴趣点特别契合。这一本也是细致诠释了污名化在交流中的具体变化过程，很多例子，文风很友好。但中间还是有些地方没太明白，只能二刷再看。最后提纲挈领的部分不知是不是篇幅限制，觉得不够过瘾。
