觉得训练理念很契合,譬如每周至少五次跑,积累疲劳度后再做周末长跑等。因为对自己的起点不太自信,所以今年并没有严格遵照训练计划,没有任何tampo run, interval run,只是一直easy run,想着周围的那么多大大小小的坡与山,大约也能起到一点作用。想着年底到春天把convict conditioning过一遍,再回到Hanson Method。没想到今年结果惊人!居然PR了一个小时,也跑进了Boston Qualifying Time。

这个老外不啰嗦,满满的干货,具有可操作性,虽然理论基础讲的较弱,正因为较弱,才易读啊!

为今年的训练读的,理论不算很复杂:要有足够量的简单跑,强度训练之间隔一天简单跑,周末长跑难度不要太高,否则很难恢复。剩下的就是努力训练啦。
