评分英文通俗易懂,除了数息法没有什么太多技巧性的东西。至于将冥想带入生活中的所有感知是以前就有的概念,所以吸收的内容并不多。整本书都像在大篇幅重复的絮絮叨叨,更多在介绍他的网站。不过Headspace这个app以前也免费体验过,感觉不错,后面收费就没有再用。不过冥想始终是对自我意识的清理,更多要靠自己去察觉去体验去认识。
