颠覆了之前的一些认知。。。。

非常值得一读,也许未必能完全按里面的饮食建议去吃,但起码知道最正确做法是什么。不是那种鼓吹某种单一饮食或者完全素食的魔法书,里面的观点都是有科学研究作为支撑的(从规范的引用可知),作者本身也是医学博士和执业医生。

现在的我对这类信息已经开始保持中立了,不过还是很make sense哒,值得一读。

如同其他的书一样,后面的很多都是recipes........ 关键是他告诉我不是什么东西都可以吃。应该有界限,有些东西吃了就像炫迈,根本停不下来= = 为了long-run benefit,能忍则忍吧~~~ 蔬果错不了,肉类少吃。
