In 2009, Zappos was listed as one of Fortune magazine's top 25 companies to work for, and was acquired by Amazon later that year in a deal valued at over $1.2 billion on the day of closing.

love the company, love the book

前麵講故事看得挺好玩,隻是感覺他寫書的時候還太年輕,包括他早期沒有清晰的目標,隻是追著錢跑,但是大多數人都如此。由此而來的他個人思考和轉變還是挺值得看。後半部分加入企業文化就看得我經常想跳過瞭,雖然有些員工的故事挺好玩,但是寫作風格不一樣,與整體有斷裂感。

重讀,做瞭幾個創業項目之後更加喜歡這本書。特彆喜歡Zappos的文化,他們delivering happiness的願景在所有細節裏都做到瞭,這是一傢偉大的公司。Tony更是一個有著讓人艷羨的生活和廣泛興趣愛好的天纔。
