拖延症肯定是大家的毛病了,当然也是我的毛病,我觉得我是非常严重的患者。现在想起来,我曾经为了一个不超过3分钟的电话,拖延2周之久,而且动用各种理由,然后谎言来弥补。 不过最近两年间,因为开始用记事本,用to do list, 用计划和每日反省,拖延症已经有了很大程度的改...

关于本书的一点想法,不是书摘: 1.时间管理最终是为了提高效率,如果你的注意力平时已经够集中,你的习惯自己已经觉得很高效,那就用自己的方法。 2.在觉得自己时间管理还有待提升的情况下,可以尝试一下番茄工作法,这种方法的最大作用就是让你有一种动力去集中注意力,并...

我看的是更简易的电子版。 说番茄工作法好,是因为它除了能做时间管理,也能处理一些因为被打扰而产生的矛盾。 工作中,那些个被打扰和需要打扰别人的事情实在太多了。与其每天在那边抱怨繁琐之事,不如主动规划这些细碎的片段。从心理上讲就是,你准备好要过这不完整的工作日...
