2018 #13 || 像序言所說,這是一本文章彼此獨立、適閤時不時拿齣來翻翻的采訪稿閤集。可以看齣大部分成功中上産都是early riser+coffee+meditation+work-out的節奏,說起來容易但是做起來就另一碼事瞭。另兩個收獲是引起自己思考應該如何應對時常齣現的decision fatigue,以及種草下一本要讀的書deep work。
