2018 #13 || 像序言所说,这是一本文章彼此独立、适合时不时拿出来翻翻的采访稿合集。可以看出大部分成功中上产都是early riser+coffee+meditation+work-out的节奏,说起来容易但是做起来就另一码事了。另两个收获是引起自己思考应该如何应对时常出现的decision fatigue,以及种草下一本要读的书deep work。
