將近八百頁的篇幅，卻幾乎隻是一部宮鬥史，有點上當。感覺還不如耶路撒冷3000那本。視角太過娛樂，其實刪掉那些破爛材料，少一半字數的話，也許還能算得上是一部挺嚴肅的作品，畢竟作者也不是沒有自己的曆史觀。 真的特彆不理解這位老爺，明明劍橋齣身，怎麼會那麼甘心當個暢銷書作傢。暫時不想繼續看他的書。
