这似乎是我读的第一本不是白人写的英文书。非常好读。主角面临多种家庭创伤聪明的哥哥因为意外brain damage成了傻子卧床不起父亲酗酒成瘾从严重程度前者比后者大但当前者成为背景后者的揭露更humiliating 很多细节戳到点友邻评价“海明威粉转型投行人赢的故事”哈哈哈哈 @2019-03-10 18:24:48

长子由于泳池事故脑瘫在床的悲伤令父母无法珍惜甚至忽视了另一个孩子的成长。看到最后几页和妈妈一起走夜路拿着手电筒回忆起好多年前哥哥拿着手电筒：follow me !眼泪不知就掉下了。
