评分把immortal souls當作例子真是嚇瞭一跳,由此引齣的recollection和learning/teaching概念的關係卻是非常引人深思的。感覺teachable這個概念最後還是要迴到什麼是knowledge,什麼是opinion,什麼又是“new” knowledge
评分剛讀完的時候覺得自己看懂瞭,仔細琢磨的時候越想頭越疼

评分What impressed me most is not the discussion about whether virtue is teachable, but the idea of "form". Indeed, we could think of various forms of virtue, but most of us are ignorant to the essence of it, that is, what units all sort of virtues together.
