评分无法从恐怖中醒来，在漫长的现实世界中，悲剧变成无谓的生活。“Logic is no doubt unshakable，but it can't withstand a person who wants to live。”
评分读完这本书有种……unsatisfied的感觉？可能真的是因为这是一本没有被写完的书吧？也可能是因为自己站进去K的角度了，至始至终不知道自己做错了什么。读这本书的时间不能更应景了，正好在看On Liberty，讨论the harm principle，讨论Marxist theory of law，讨论legal archaeology和critical legal studies。合着这些哲学+学术的理论来看，这种unsatisfied的感觉也许就是Kafka想要的感觉吧。写得真的很好，很多暗示，比喻，还有那个parable……其实仔细想想，与现实也不是很远。
