脑中是冷色的泳池，规整的砖块，nutrition bars，香蕉，氯气的味道，湿答答的粘连的头发，带有雾气的眼镜，姣好的臀部和身体线条，有规律的扑水声，还有呼吸的声音。zax说这本书也不过是来骗骗喜欢细腻描写的少女的罢了，但我想不是的。这本书，让我想到我自己，在不同时刻中self-conscious的自己，对某事某物obsessive以至于在别的地方都能看到它们踪迹的自己。

The book is not entirely about swimming, but the writing circles around it, surprisingly warm and delicate unlike most other sports memoirs.
