Like Robson's suicide/story, like A's suicide/story, like T's memory, history just cannot be retrieve . we cant hit the replay button and watch what happened. memory is a tricky thing. So maybe instead of trying to find an ending, a meaning, live the moment and find peace for the past. don't stress yourself too much to solve the mystery

A pretty short and easy read, sorry though that I'm not that into it.

Short on emotional range, and the narrator is at best unconvincing: arid, willful, and at times shows too much alacrity to shift his "reevaluation" of the past (more so nearer the end of the novel); one also wonders if this meditation on ageing, death and ...
