著者簡介

邁剋爾·波特,競爭戰略和國際競爭力領域的國際權威之一,哈佛商學院商業管理學院的C.RolandChristensen教授。1983年,他被任命為裏根總統的産業競爭委員會委員,開始引發美國的競爭力討論。他曾為各州首腦、州長、市長和世界各國的CEO們作過谘詢,並曾獲得威爾斯經濟學奬、亞當·斯密奬、三項邁肯锡奬,以及斯德哥爾摩和其他6個大學的榮譽博士學業位。波特教授有14本著作,其中包括:《競爭戰略》、《競爭優勢》和《競爭戰略案例》,所有著作均由自由齣版社齣版。波特教授現住在麻薩諸塞州的布魯剋林。

如题。通过引入价值链的观念,全面将企业的活动进行细化管理,使竞争优势的发挥得到更加直观的执行。荐。 此外,这一版的语言翻译上个人认为比新版(白色封皮)的要更加具有可读性。

这是一本也许不能一次读完的书,但是开卷有益。比起中国那些讲竞争的书,波特的书确实是经典之作。在书店几乎翻开国内的书,读上两页就快被水淹死。而波特在90年代完成的巨著,今天读来依然还能解读今日现象。可见功底之深
