評分为了准备软考的信息系统项目管理师考试，在看这本书，每天看50页。虽然觉得这样的计划很难执行，但是由于是讲故事的形式，所以，每天50页觉得还ok。 真的喜欢这本书，不用像看PMBOK那么枯燥。用各种小故事来讲解概念，将抽象的概念具象化。 今天看到200页，坚持第四天。

建議結閤pmbok一起讀，但是這個版本適閤第五版pmbok，我考試時是第六版瞭。現在不知道這本書有沒有對應新版做更新。
评分讀的時候覺得自己都懂瞭 用的時候覺得還是什麼都不懂
评分對於pmp考試來說或許有用，但對於項目管理來說就太抽象啦，缺乏實踐性。 對於參與過工程管理類考試的人來說內容有點雞肋。
评分無論是為信息係統項目管理師備考，還是PMP備考，這本書都是最好的選擇，深入淺齣絕對就是在形容這本書的，非常淺顯易懂，適閤初學者反復讀，這本書就是備考用的，所以沒有對項目撕逼的感慨和職場勾心鬥角的對策，我覺得很適閤我這種腦力勁差的初學者，如果我都看得懂，你絕對沒問題，極度推薦
评分嗯，看看老外視角的pm怎麼做的，老實說，國內很多項目感覺做不到。。
