Between the two of them, they have managed every aspect of software development. Andrew and Jennifer formed Stellman & Greene Consulting in 2003, with a focus on project management, software development, management consulting, and software process improvement. They have worked in a wide range of industries, including finance, telecommunications, media, non-profit, entertainment, natural language processing, science and academia. 为了准备软考的信息系统项目管理师考试，在看这本书，每天看50页。虽然觉得这样的计划很难执行，但是由于是讲故事的形式，所以，每天50页觉得还ok。 真的喜欢这本书，不用像看PMBOK那么枯燥。用各种小故事来讲解概念，将抽象的概念具象化。 今天看到200页，坚持第四天。
評分秉承了Head First丛书一贯的轻松的风格。很好的解释了PMP一些很概念性的东西，通篇都是以一个一个的小故事穿插其中来解释PMP中九大知识领域。有实例的概念性的书，读起来才不那么费劲，也比较好理解。 虽然这本书开篇就强调，这本书只适合有PM相关工作经历的书。不过还好也没怎...

評分这本书还是很不错的，以前经常看到head First系列的书，但一直没翻开看过。初次看，感觉还不错。我是个不爱看书的人，偏向于实践学习类型，但还是对这本书比较有好感。生动活泼的多维度展现PMP内容，使看书不再枯燥。不过读过中文版后建议再读下英文版，中文翻译还是有些不足的...

评分有點太框架性瞭，操作性不是很強。入門沒的說。
评分自以為對項目管理瞭解比較深瞭，但是讀完這本書發現自己還有很多地方有待提升，對於成本、溝通、人力資源、采購等方麵都比較欠缺，當然隻讀這本書，隻讀一遍肯定是不行的。 不過做瞭一遍測試題，有70%的正確率，齣乎意料。
