Andrew and Jennifer formed Stellman & Greene Consulting in 2003, with a focus on project management, software development, management consulting, and software process improvement. They have worked in a wide range of industries, including finance, telecommunications, media, non-profit, entertainment, natural language processing, science and academia. 无论是为信息系统项目管理师备考，还是PMP备考，这本书都是最好的选择，深入浅出绝对就是在形容这本书的，非常浅显易懂，适合初学者反复读，这本书就是备考用的，所以没有对项目撕逼的感慨和职场勾心斗角的对策，我觉得很适合我这种脑力劲差的初学者，如果我都看得懂，你绝对没问题，极度推荐
评分有点太框架性了，操作性不是很强。入门没的说。
评分Nice 问题就是半市场经济下，某制造业国企职能型管理的情况要远多于项目型管理。
评分终于啃完了。
评分对于pmp考试来说或许有用，但对于项目管理来说就太抽象啦，缺乏实践性。 对于参与过工程管理类考试的人来说内容有点鸡肋。
