從bpd的特徵分析到如何和bpd相處寫的非常詳細。如果你身邊有bpd，如果你身邊有控製欲強喜歡乾涉彆人事情的人，這本書還是值得一讀的。但不過真的要學會裏邊的方法還需要勤加練習

评分粗讀瞭一遍，值得以後多次細讀。對於BPD的分析和見解都挺到位的，立場中立這點挺難得，而且我覺得裏麵很多要點和建議其實不止針對bpd的親朋有用，對於更為普遍的人際邊界不清的親密關係（尤其傢庭）都有效。
