评分这是一本如何处理和患有BPD（边缘型人格）亲友关系的指导书，是我的心理健康课教授推荐读的书。虽然我身边没有这样的亲友，但是读完之后不光对BPD有了更多的了解，也对日常生活中如何处理人际关系有很多新的感悟。这类书应该被普及。
评分粗读了一遍，值得以后多次细读。对于BPD的分析和见解都挺到位的，立场中立这点挺难得，而且我觉得里面很多要点和建议其实不止针对bpd的亲朋有用，对于更为普遍的人际边界不清的亲密关系（尤其家庭）都有效。
