紐約時報》首席記者及專欄作傢，2001年創立瞭紐約時報的在綫財經報道網站。
2004年獲得美國財經新聞界榮譽傑洛德•羅布奬，2005年和2006年他的新聞再次獲得美國商業新聞奬和作傢學會奬。
2007年，世界經濟論壇提名他為全球青年領袖之一。
