羅伯特的研究員剋勞迪和亞曆山大給上的課，迴來正在迴顧碼文，作為沒接觸過管理和周詳商業學習的設計生，壓力真是大，書中大部分覺得是意大利品牌例子，下麵還有人說大多數沒聽說過，OK！聽慣瞭UCD還沒明白什麼是UCD的時候，DESIGN DRIVEN是很有魔力的，所以纔足以造就ALESSI ARTEMITE她們的獨有魅力。。。書讀起來確實冗長，羅伯特也反反復復把觀點提來提取的，設計驅動---市場牽引----技術推動的模型還是很妙的！繼續碼字！

radical innovation不可能通過consumer來傳達齣的，去一步步細化完善自己去 fit 消費者的現有行為習慣，這種永遠是incremental，要想有市場前瞻性，就像persuasive technology research，直接去影響並給他們建立一種新的行為習慣，讓他們去適應産品，“大跨步創新從而讓他們對産品産生新的感情”，風險和難度必然也大很多。
