羅伯特的研究員剋勞迪和亞曆山大給上的課，迴來正在迴顧碼文，作為沒接觸過管理和周詳商業學習的設計生，壓力真是大，書中大部分覺得是意大利品牌例子，下麵還有人說大多數沒聽說過，OK！聽慣瞭UCD還沒明白什麼是UCD的時候，DESIGN DRIVEN是很有魔力的，所以纔足以造就ALESSI ARTEMITE她們的獨有魅力。。。書讀起來確實冗長，羅伯特也反反復復把觀點提來提取的，設計驅動---市場牽引----技術推動的模型還是很妙的！繼續碼字！

講設計是創新的一種方式，前麵例子挺有趣，就是我讀著實在覺得和market niche很像，沒有被說服這兩者的區彆。作者大概是說，design-driven innovation 重新定義瞭事物怎麼被用，用來做什麼。後半段就有點尬吹瞭，說企業傢怎麼聯係design discourse，明明一章可以說完的事情，吹瞭小半本書。
