很好的UCD实践指导手册，甚至详细到推荐用什么牌子的音箱作为测试工具。Steve Krug一直在不遗余力的推广UCD的必要性和价值理念，可惜在大多数公司的产品中，UCD的优先级都是最低的，就如DCIM之于IDC一样。
