看到结尾之前，略有文艺青年玛丽苏即视感。不过残酷的结束增强了本书的现实感，社会阶级的差别并不会因为同时爱知识美和自由就消失。然而作者是很温柔的，并没有揭穿社会阶级可能冲突的真相，而是安排那个被优雅的上流社会赏识的门房遭遇了车祸。因为自己有一个”优雅的刺猬“般的朋友，所以无论如何也是五星了。

于茫茫的虚无之中，支撑我们继续探索,等待的，是生命里一个个意外的刹那。想到《简爱》里面，简爱的那段长独白，不美的，贫穷的人，内心里也有着高贵的自尊。这本书是日记体，很容易陷入大段的自怜，自恋，独白，腔调很重。故事起了转折，女门房心里开始起了涟漪的时候，我觉得辛酸又可爱。大家都说这是女文青必读书目。我大概也是这样自说自话的样子?

在FBL的推荐下读完了这本书。法国小说真是让我找回了童年时候整个整个夏天趴在房间木地板上尽情读小说的情景... 爸妈在家的时候，写作业的时候看小说还要把小说藏起来... 这本书里那个小姑娘真让我产生共鸣。最后还是不出所料的是一个悲伤的故事。
