亲爱的谢尔顿，希望您写某个重要事件之前不要再铺垫了。当你描述Jennifer的儿子多么健康快乐的时候，我就知道他要死了；当你描述Adam的妻子如此高风亮节地让出自己的位置的时候，我就知道这是个圈套了……唉！为了把各个角色摔得狠，您就把他们抬得高，套上这个公式，读这本书就没太有什么惊喜了。。

西德尼平均水准之上，只是篇幅略长，悬念稍欠。

据说Sidney Sheldon 是美国当代通俗小说的大神，我赶快找来看。总体难度跟Harry Potter 差不多，善用词组短语，基本上两页查一个单词。Sheldon 不愧好莱坞编剧出身，熟稔各种套路，但情节又很抓人，一口气读完。

结尾太悲伤了……Parker失去了一切……

可能是很久没有看什么小说了，比起现在流行读物来说，这个小说很吸引人的，松弛有度，即使看过了故事简介还是想读，停不下，会真的和主人公一起的心情。。。。就是，就是情节有些假，太脱离实际了。

Jennifer Parker: 每个人都有自己的选择, 一开始 Jennifer 和 Adam 决定 "So we'll have lunch once a month", 他们就给留了一个缝隙, 于是有了未来一切的可能. 这样的选择时刻对人生来说常有发生, 却也毫无防备, 性格占大部分因素, 而我们的性格导致我们做出的行为就这样影响...
