在读这本书之前,从来没有觉得自己存在注意力不集中的问题。或许因为我是一个比较有定力的人,坐上三四个小时看一本书完全不成问题。通过书中的注意力与肾上腺素关系表、注意力曲线图等,才发现我将投入时间与注意力弄混淆了。并不是说我坐在桌前看书的那三个小时,注意...
