贝尔•胡克斯（bell hooks），美国女权主义理论家、文化批评家、教育家、作家、诗人。美国不可缺少的、独立的思想者之一，也是今日美国最重要的黑人公共知识分子之一。曾任教于耶鲁大学、纽约州立大学等，目前任教于她的家乡肯塔基州的博睿雅学院。迄今为止已经出版了《女权主义理论：从边缘到中心》《我不是一个女人吗：黑人女性与女权主义》等近三十本著作。
