著者簡介

保羅·奧斯特，一九四七年齣生於美國新澤西州紐瓦剋市一個猶太裔中産階級傢庭，畢業於哥倫比亞大學。他被視為美國當代最勇於創新的小說傢之一。

保羅·奧斯特年輕時過著漂泊無定的生活，不斷嘗試各種工作。一九七〇年至一九七四年，他客居巴黎，靠翻譯法國文學為生。

保羅·奧斯特的主要作品有小說《布魯剋林的荒唐事》、《紐約三部麯》、《幻影書》等。曾獲法國美第奇最佳外國小說奬、西班牙阿斯圖裏亞斯王儲文學奬，作品被翻譯成三十多種文字。他編劇的電影《煙》於一九九六年獲得柏林電影節銀熊奬和最佳編劇奬。

保羅·奧斯特現定居紐約布魯剋林區。

就知道是這種展開，後設玩多瞭略感山窮水盡，奧拉西奧·奧利維拉神馬的高級多瞭。隻是好一陣子不讀老爺子怎麼寫起僞黃段子來瞭……說白瞭就是無解的土撥鼠之日…… 【11月6日，重讀紐約三部麯，修正一下對這一本的評價。老爺子還真是喜歡模糊真實與虛構之間的邊界啊。萬能的Fanshawe。

詭異的故事，待我把所有保羅奧斯特全部看完說不定能懂。。。

Mr.Blank--Who he really is and what exactly has he done? What was his relationship with the man in the story? Why did he start the treatment? *Auster is no doubt a very good writer.

依舊是P.A風格的平行多重文本元小說。更像是對作傢身份的自我救贖。auster說過作傢是沒有自己的生活的。正如文中的Mr.Blank，被囚禁在密室裏，不斷被不知名的角色打擾，莫名的戛然而止的手稿甚至密室本身都能指所指混亂失序。結尾tricky！
