There is enough interest in angels to ensure this peculiar little book a significant audience. It traces a spiritual journey of sorts, stereotypically cast as a journey into the desert, that embodies a New Age conception of liberation as liberation from the past in confrontation with oneself. The "ritual that demolishes rituals," which is the climax of the book, is all done with mirrors. As Simone de Beauvoir would note, the "mirrors" are women--and that calls into question both the "newness" of the story and the "age" it heralds. But it is a strange tale many will find compelling.

I’m quite a realistic person sometimes, just like I have never believed in angels or related things. Perhaps I had believed in Buddha or Guangyin when I was at a very young age, but after once I have begged him(her?) so hard and sincerely for one thing whi...

If you're in love with someone, you can have that person inside your head. The same thing happens with someon you want to forget about. But the second mind is a tough thing to deal with. It's at work regardless of whether you want it to be or not.

WHY DO WE DESTROY THE THINGS WE LOVE MOST!? "Look at the horizon, Control your second mind." “God has the right to destroy me. I do not.” "There is no sin, but the lack of love." God is love, generosity, and forgiveness; if we believe in this, we will never allow our weaknesses to paralyze us. BELIEVE.

The book is about a man's battle with his fear and a woman's battle for love.
