讀的英文版，這本書是本真正的神作！！！相比GTD來說要基礎得多，提齣瞭很多很搞價值的，關於時間管理的基礎理論——時間管理的“循環係統”由四部分構成：to-do list，life goal，schedule，calendar。以及“壓力管理”，“管理老闆”等概念，非常不錯！學習時間管理，這本書應該是第一本書！

對於時間管理的大緻思路也是在於清空"內存"，善用工具，感覺也是"Getting Things Done"的那一套，當然沒有那本書來的係統。作者也的確從站在Sys Adm的角度給齣瞭些處理interruption上一些實用的建議，寫作的風格也比較輕鬆，適閤上下班路上看看。
