寫實類的中國南方農村小說，同餘華的在細雨中呐喊有點類似，寫實中必然體現一些那個年代的弊端，隻是一個自傢人，一個終為客人。the good earth不說這個時代的形態，我一個沒有插過秧的95後 也在中 有著對土地的迷戀。

评分沒想到我的第一部英文原著讀的是諾奬作品，雖然讀的很慢.電影的思路很讓人受不瞭，太不忠於原著！
