邁剋·庫涅夫斯基是舊金山用戶體驗谘詢公司Adaptive Path的創始閤夥人。他從1994年開始從事開發商業網站，是獲奬搜索引擎HotBot的交互設計師。他的設計作品和著作發錶於很多齣版物，包括WebMonkey，ID Magazine，《連綫》，《華爾街日報》和《洛杉磯時報》。

評分看过好多本可用性的书，这本讲解得最全。囊括了数据驱动的可用性最佳实践，简明扼要。关于统计方法的讲解非常好，适合入门。
評分同时整了英文版和中文版，一起看，绝对是好书，强烈推荐！！！ 但是 中文版的翻译实在是太烂了，偷工减料，难于理解。我这样的英文二把刀居然看英文版比看中文版快，而且也容易懂 建议大家直接看英文版吧～
