Fairly touching though a bit of wishy-washy
评分超級易讀，人生至今最易讀的英語小說。地鐵好伴侶。親子什麼的最感人瞭，尤其當小孩還沒有進入青少年的時候。青少年纔是噩夢的開始喲~~作者沒寫這部分很狡猾喲~~好萊塢式結局也很不帶感喲~~~

评分用瞭兩天半的時間讀完，第一次讀英文書讀的這麼歡心。man and boy，就像我一直所描述的“男人”VS“媽媽的兒子”，如果一個男生沒有在社會上人生上經曆足夠多，變得成熟、負責有擔當，他永遠無法被稱之為“男人”，即便三四十歲也隻是“媽媽的兒子”。主人公在年近30歲時忽然感受到危機，即便有摯愛的妻子和兒子，卻恐懼著青春的逝去。（太年輕的結婚，完全沒玩夠，過早地進入婚姻生活都是潛在的危險）與一個姑娘一夜情之後，被妻子發現，妻子絕不原諒，遠走日本。Harry開始單身爸爸的生活，也不湊巧地一同丟瞭工作。後經曆獨自帶兒子，兒子意外事故，父親病重，父親去世，等等一係列人生中的“大事”，男人意識開始覺醒，開始明白人生中的責任和愛。 男孩成長必讀書。
