评分其实说起来我本人看这本书的时间还是蛮早的，因为高中时与一个文青范儿的朋友 了和他保持共同的话题，所以读了大量这样的文学作品，而我当时读的第一本就是这本书，也算是开启了一个新世界的大门 ，非常精彩 ，非常好， 很多人的阅读水平适合读这些的文字情节，欣赏水平特别达...

读完整本，我不禁开始怀疑对开篇的喜欢是不是因为经过了影像的熏陶？显然电影对<Travis, B.>的改编拿捏得非常棒，无论是整体悄无声息的风格，空旷平凡中涌动的情绪，故事的简单与内心的波澜反差，以及女主衣着、吃饭模样的细节刻画，都做到了影像与文本同样出色（也许正是文本的简练给了影像发挥的空间），当然了把男孩子换成女孩子更是电影的神来之笔。不过越往后读惊喜越少，第二和第三篇还算挺喜欢，再后面出轨主题重复的有点多，有几篇场景集中在室内对话显得短而狭窄。感觉下来确实她的书还是比较适合影像化的。

评分很久不见这样精巧讲述American Life的短篇小说集，特别喜欢开篇的几个故事，有些卡森麦卡勒斯的影子，在营造孤独感之外不忘时时戳破人性的软弱和生活的虚妄。中间几篇有点审美疲劳，最后两个故事还算不错。
