评分还真是非常清楚
评分写作方式看得让人舒坦。
评分1.非常清晰，论证有力，部分地方有些啰嗦但是无伤大雅。 2.处理财产权的部分感觉有值得深挖的可能，线索应该在洛克财产权、康德的法权理论，日后可以同诺齐克的版本对堪。 3.私以为Kymlicka自由主义的self-revisibility有些过于乐观的估计，如果想为自由主义提供一个society-perfectionsim的支持，或许self-revisibility并不足够，还需要更多的condition。 4.反过来，任何perfectionsim的论证都不能跳脱自由主义的框架。毫不讳言自己的政治立场是公民共和主义，但是想在现代社会建立教育为核心的强迫系统极为危险，落为威权政治的帮凶。主观自由是现代社会的发现，也是现代社会对人性尊严的揭示。至于如何和解， 或许日后还要多读黑格尔。
