雖然讀的不是anne carson的譯本???? 姐妹dynamic像極瞭Antigone.. 相比euripides的更喜歡這個electra的人物塑造

Just wondering how many times can a heart break. Anne Carson的譯文風格真是好認……要把Euripides的Electra一起找來讀。

安卡森的an oresteia裏頭，最打動我的就是索福剋勒斯的這本，簡直是杜拉斯的味道，(而擅長解構，反諷的歐裏庇得斯總讓我想起特彆喜愛的ali smith)。如果說俄狄浦斯是弑父戀母，覺得Elektra就是弑母戀弟，感情濃烈到那樣一種地步，已經模糊瞭不同感情領域的邊界。Orestes終於動手復仇，更像是齣於對形銷神毀般悲痛的Elektra一種強大的"同情"，是為姊復仇，而不是為父。Elektra和Antigone這兩位偏執少女，是索福剋勒斯一對最耀眼的女兒。

Electra和Chrysothemis的對話好像是Antigone和Ismene的再現；Sophocles著重刻畫的Electra是瘋狂的復仇女神，為瞭復仇可以不計生命，可以說是Aeschylus 筆下the Erinyes的人類形態；古希臘同人文學的佳作。。
