评分看了爱尔兰的情况，也就明白：在2008年巴菲特花了2.44亿美元购入两间爱尔兰银行的股分，当时以为很便宜，怎料到年底市值跌至2700万美元，账面蚀近90%。当前，中国的银行股看似很便宜，其实未必便宜。

评分基本上还是围绕众人皆知的事实来写的，深度不够。不过可能有些事情的原因确实也深不到哪儿去。民族性和政治体制可以解释很大一部分问题。
