Best of all, you can work with Java or a JVM language of your choice – Clojure, JRuby, Groovy, or Scala – to reap the growing power of multicore hardware.
If you are a Java programmer, you’d need JDK 1.5 or later and the Akka 1.0 library. In addition, if you program in Scala, Clojure, Groovy or JRuby you’d need the latest version of your preferred language. Groovy programmers will also need GPars.

這本書不算經典，前端講解java並發，不夠深入，既然看此書的人都懂，還不如刪除這塊，後麵講解STM和ATCOR,大叔不用每個語言都來一種寫法吧,全書充滿scala的廣告,好吧我準備學習一下這個語言,STM和atcor也是點到為止,完全沒有解釋akka如何實現的,作為入門還行吧.
评分很多之前含糊的概念這下搞明白瞭.

评分性能對比蠻不錯的。還有stm，actor 的入門，很大篇幅介紹scala
评分還不錯，很係統的介紹瞭寫高性能並發程序的方法和實踐，還包括瞭Java中目前還很欠缺的STM和Actor的兩種新的實現高並發程序的方式。
