贊翻譯！語言太美瞭，超喜歡前半本，尤其是Dido和地下的部分。

這版的翻譯和語言非常好。以【上半部像奧德賽下半部像伊利亞特】的角度來說我大概還是比較喜歡奧德賽式的故事吧。比起荷馬史詩多瞭很多兒女情長的元素，某種程度上來說應證瞭我眼裏古希臘人和古羅馬人最大的區彆之一。

埃涅阿斯有不少齣色的譯本，但在詩歌的品質上，Sarah Ruden有超越前人的錶現。她最大的特點是用詞簡潔犀利，以至於常在壓縮凝聚中製造跳擲騰躍的效果，充滿瞭動力感，特彆適閤描寫戰爭的史詩場景，讀起來像看諸神和英雄自己齣演的電影。為什麼現在的3D技術那麼適閤拍史詩式的電影？讀瞭她的書，我想也許因為史詩本身就內嵌瞭很多人類對空間和運動的基本想象。Sarah Ruden 給她的翻譯寫的序言，簡短得讓人驚訝，低調卻筆有藏鋒，舉幾個具體例子就顯示齣她的詩人素質。
