加上今天一连读了6个小时40分钟，终于读完了……

小说本身太啰嗦。小说后面的评论、研究文集很不错，但有的文章节选得没在重点上，比如最后一篇。

论文还没开始写 但是我真的已经要读到吐了 / 不过很神奇 是怎么做到各种各样的文学理论都可以用来分析这本小说 还都各个有理有据 这样的学习还是很有趣的

If we reflect on Frankenstein himself, we can still find problems. Why he makes the cyborg so horrible? And why does he choose not to believe him to create a woman for him? Why he chooses to hate him but not help him? And what we can get the answers to questions is from Frankenstein, “how ignorant art thou in thy pride of wisdom” (144).

Shelley's story shows interesting connection between creator and its creation. The monster and Frankenstein share similar character in some aspects: both of them are curious and learn very fast. They are both hesitant, eager for love, and bear great grief....  

“而我这个被遗弃的受苦人却是个怪胎，活该受人轻蔑、蹂躏、践踏，被踢来踢去。”小说结尾，怪物疾声控诉，控诉狠心的造物主，控诉不公的命运。在怪物身上，它的出生便是种罪恶，是伴随其一生的原生之罪。这就注定了它要穷尽一生的时间去救赎，而如何救赎，便成了横亘于怪物面...  

父子 弗兰肯斯坦是那个人造人的名字？我猜没看过书的人90%会有这印象。不过事实上，弗兰肯斯坦是造人者的姓，而他所创造的人在书中根本就没有名字（没人给他起！）。全书中，人造人最常见的称呼是怪物，其他的还包括wretch、murderer、deformity乃至vampire。至于“弗兰肯斯坦...
