elegantly written with bountiful insight and comments. nevertheless, the format of narrative falls into a somewhat repetitive framework as the story unfolds: a featuring description of the character, a brief summary of the family tree, and a detailed account of the anecdotes.

作者結語裏說The Morgan story is the story of modern finance itself，應該是對摩根財團在20世紀的作用的中肯評價. 另外如果有經濟學的同學不想下次被人用羅斯柴爾德鬍攪蠻纏，可以考慮讀讀這本書。
