他培训的公司包括Google、eBay、IBM、通用电气、沃尔玛、微软、时代华纳、富国银行、安泰人寿、纽约联邦储备银行、辉瑞制药等全球500强企业。
其知名著作《餐巾纸的背面》已经由中信出版社出版。
