评分09年当时应该是很棒的有启发的书,虽然现在看许cliche–产品即服务,服务即体验的理念,共情、观察、human factors, prototype 串在大量用户实践中,理念是让消费者参与设计体验。正好可以让我借用些说得很漂亮的话做一个新提案的presentation ^O^
评分这从来都是知易行难的事,大小公司企业类型都不一样的时候,这本书也就管中窥豹一下吧。。。
