NONONONONONONONO How dare she get tenured with this
评分一點點東西翻來覆去地講，方法也沒有做得太細，無論是historical analysis還是case都非常一般，理論的深度也極其欠缺，empirical evidence也和很多文化學者一樣不夠，一堆speculation。比較受啓發的是lack of social setting while searching，但是可惜的是這一點沒有太展開來講……
评分作為學術書籍是有點弱，但我覺得在豆瓣上有點被underrated吧。作者想象的受眾在我看來是業內人士以及公共政策人士。但遺憾的是，本以為後半本書會是她的practice（如何給工科及信息科的學生普及社會知識，如果引導他們參與design as a praxis for social good; 或者她如何參加業內會議及政府政策會議，如何mobilize public policy changes that will lead to some concrete regulations and changes in search engine algorithms and information structures), 可惜並沒有。有點失望。
