一般人以為醫生須得有顆既柔軟又抗壓的強大心髒，其實，醫學院纔不管這個，他們連考生暈不暈血都不查，和選美比賽一樣，考官看重的是課外的纔藝，隨便查著名醫生的維基百科，上麵都注明此人是運動員/演奏傢/作傢中最會看病的。 至於醫術，看過一頭????，吃過一次????，就能帶徒弟瞭。 右手拿刀左手翻書的心虛可不能讓患者察覺，醫生得學會錶演絕對自信，所以，彆和大夫玩撲剋。
评分This title is a huge spoiler. Despite the author have already told you it is going to hurt, the end is still unexpectedly sad and heartbreaking. He didnot mention it is going to hurt so much. I love his narritive, all those humor and smart remarks which only make the pain more unbearable.

评分作者在國傢醫療體係，從小實習生到指導彆人的副主任醫生，六年左右的記錄和反思，文字很有趣和諷刺，有些讓人噴笑，病人塞進體內的怪東西沒有邊界，隨時有一位新的王者登基。 作者犧牲掉很多自己的私人時間，得瞭傳呼機創傷後遺癥，高血壓，嚴重缺乏睡眠，忍受著有些奇葩和挑剔的病人。 默默在醫療係統裏履行著自己的職責和進醫學院時的宣言。最後終於在快到達主任這個職業高峰時，選擇離開。 他寫的東西有些專業的，但對普通人還是很好理解，為什麼他會不顧傢人的反對，不顧自己多年的醫學院學的知識，不顧積纍的臨床經驗，選擇瞭PlanB。更讓人傷心的是，他很多同事也隻是在尋找降落傘的彈開開關，準備著從醫療體係跳到其他領域。
评分一開始還有點不適應節奏讀不進去，但讀到三分之一的時候就覺得比較有趣瞭，作者蠻幽默的
