谢丽，加籍华裔，教授，博士生导师。加拿大麦基尔大学图书情报学硕士，加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学档案学硕士、哲学博士。先后在加拿大高校、市政府、不列颠哥伦比亚省律监会以及加拿大联邦政府担任数字信息管理和咨询工作。参与多项大型国际科研项目，如：InterPARES、Digital Records Forensics、Digital Records and Public Trust。

2013年加入中国人民大学信息资源管理学院，兼任中国人民大学电子文件管理研究中心副主任、数据工程与知识工程教育部重点实验室研究院、InterPARES Trust Team Asia Co-Director、ICA法律专家组成员、美国Sedona Conference法律研究院成员等职。
