略显啰嗦，有说教倾向，但给出了很多有用的建议和操作指南。你想要的亲密关系是什么样的？现在的单身生活有哪些让你满意以及不满的地方？是什么妨碍了你进入一段亲密关系？这些问题来自于外界还是自我？我是什么样的一个人？balabala。即便不把这本手册当做“脱单指南”来用，关于自我认知的相关内容也让它值得一看。 P.S. 这本书也在我的kindle里面躺了四年了，中间每次打开也就看个十几页，这一次终于一口气读完了剩余的内容。

这不仅仅是本恋爱关系指导书，关于果断的抉择的建议在人生道路的选择上也十分具有参考价值。

虽然有案例，但还是很说教。我为什么会看这种脱单的鸡汤文！亚马逊2015付费原版书榜上有名，确实比较通俗，但是内容没多少营养，没看完。
