评分略显啰嗦，有说教倾向，但给出了很多有用的建议和操作指南。你想要的亲密关系是什么样的？现在的单身生活有哪些让你满意以及不满的地方？是什么妨碍了你进入一段亲密关系？这些问题来自于外界还是自我？我是什么样的一个人？balabala。 即便不把这本手册当做“脱单指南”来用，关于自我认知的相关内容也让它值得一看。 P.S. 这本书也在我的kindle里面躺了四年了，中间每次打开也就看个十几页，这一次终于一口气读完了剩余的内容。
评分说实话，真的也就这样，没什么特别的见解。更多的可能就是要人海战术，站出去，多见人。。。
