极啰嗦，全书的内容半张A5纸就可以总结完，而且也没什么干货，仅仅是常识。作者救世主的语气也让人感觉很烦。
评分作者声明说是培养一种整理的思维，而不是提供方法，但是里面来回来去的重复一点就是discarding, 扔扔扔。这本倒是可以看看，培养一下阅读速度，但是想从中得到特别有心意的内容就不要过多期待。
评分The concept is good but the book is too repetitive. It stresses on "only keep the thing that spark joy". I got rid of two bags of clothes.
评分这本书也听完了，继续好评，虽然做不到像作者那样对书下狠手，但道理听进去了，不管你认不认同日本人的仪式感，但把东西整理好的确是有一种神清气爽的感觉，而能把拥有的东西减到只剩自己爱用的东西，再整理起来或将东西归位都是比较容易办到的事情。
