HMSC133 二刷這本書最關鍵的是56 57頁弗洛伊德將ego, id, and superego和two classes of instincts聯係起來的部分從the formation of ego as identification of abandoned object-cathexes到superego本身關聯的instinctual defusion 弗洛伊德嘗試呈現的是一個完整的mental apparatus的圖景，我也不認為有任何secondary sources真正全麵闡釋並捕捉到瞭這一點特彆是superego和word representation / verbal residues的關係 P. 58還指齣瞭一個research gap-prehistory.
